Abstract

The article analyses a choir as a learning organization and reveals the advantage of a choir - an art organization as a learning organization related to its capability to learn faster than other organizations. Learning of a choir as learning of an organization is analysed on three levels; peculiarities of a choir as a learning organization based on Senge's (1990) model of learning organization are revealed; two models of conducting a choir as a learning organization are highlighted.
