Innovative Activity of a University Teacher and its Content in the Context of Study Programme Development

The article addresses the following research problem: what is university teacher's innovative activity and its content when teachers participate in the development of study programmes? The first part of the article provides rationale for the conception of teacher's innovative activity and discloses the specificity of its content. The second part reveals the manifestation of teacher's innovative activity in developing study programmes. The third part presents the methodology of empirical research and the research case; the fourth part discusses the results of the empirical research, during which the manifestation of the content of teacher's innovative activity is disclosed in the context of study programmes development. The methods of research literature analysis, half-structured interview and descriptive content analysis have been employed.Downloads
